skin, interior, weird symptoms no diagnosis

hello, my name is dennis. ive had this problem for going on 9 months. i dont know what it is, it works like no infection or virus so im really stumped, but it gets progressively worse, not to mention i infected my dad too. it all started december 5th i was meeting this girl at her house for drinks. it was getting kind of late and we were both kind of drunk. we started to get a little hot for each other. we slipped into bed, we took off our clothes and then i started rubbing my penis on her outside vagina. this lasted about 20 seconds, but there was no intercourse, i told her for intercourse i would put my condom on, we were both tired and decided to roll over and go to sleep. i left the next morning thinking nothing of it. 5 days later (no lie), a red spot a little lifted was on my glans head right on the middle. it looked exactly like a mosquito bite but scarier. (the weird thing is through research, stds usually cause pain, but i didnt feel anything, and to this day not even an itch.) ive never had anything almost pretty much a virgin and this freaked me out. i decided to go to the doctor a couple days later. in the meantime it was changing. the spot was disappearing and a red rash formed on the edge of my glans. this is when the doctor saw it and said he wasnt sure what it was, he said it could be dermatitus and gave me hydrocortizole and said it should be gone in a week or so its just irritation. nothing, it didnt go away, just the red rash stayed...fast forward a couple months later, ive done a lot of tests, seen a lot of doctors, and took a lot of medicine. ive been tested for herpes, syphillis, hiv, hepatitus, chlymadia, and candida. ive had culteres of my saliva, and urine. ive taken diflucan, antibiotics, and dermatitus cream and nothing does nothing, i havent a clue what it is, and heres the good part... it seems to have gotten all over my body and affected different organs and parts. ive always been a healthy kid eating only organic produce and natural daily vitamins. but since then, a bunch of me has been acting really weird and im sure its this "thing". i get this white nasty film that covers my lips every four hours, i wipe it off clean, four hours later the white coat is on it again, its really anti social. it seems to have gotten in my liver, i drink a beer and it starts to hurt the next day and gets tender to the touch. my right eye has been really red, almost as if i have pink eye all the time. on my front lower rib points they are very sensitive to the touch. the thing about all these symptoms is they dont literally hurt all the time, just hurt when touched and sensitive. every morning i wake up with a bitter taste in my mouth, when i spit it out its a whitish yellowish phlegm looking spit, but its from my mouth and not from my throat. i have no idea what it could be. every month it seems to affect something else. i infected my dad. he moved in four months ago, i didnt know how to bring up this thing without knowing what it was. a couple weeks later i told him, and he told me he was eating all my leftovers, and he was also getting the spit symptom. since then my dad has gotten different symtpoms. his hair has been thinning out and falling, his otherwise good prostate is starting to hurt him, and his nose interior hurts he says. he doesnt have health insurance so he cant get tested, but i can. weird but all doctors say they dont know and order tests but nothing comes back positive. a couple times i had contacted this female and asked her if she has anything and she told me shes clean she swears. so thats my story.... post statement hypothesis: could it be that some type of weird fungus was just festering in her vagina but not infected the body like candida (ive already tested negative, but like another type of fungus) and it passed to me without her having problems. i took the diflucan and it changed the appearance but didnt go away. but i could be dead wrong. can someone please help my father and i? dennis

in my opinion,it can't be staph,   staph infection (or as you say,it's more sensible calling it disseminated infection or even sort of syndrom!!)
heavy infection of staph is really troublesome and have rapid detoriration characters..
i lean to posibilty of parasitic infection.
make a multiple blood specimens all the day (moorning, noon and evening) check eaosinophilia if present..
i hope you inform us with your results

thank you for the responses... it is a possibility to be a worm, i am going to see an infectious disease doctor 2morrow, hopefully she can enlighten me... i thought of it being staph cause of the rash, but i sorta forgot about it since it doesnt have any itching or pain, and it comes and goes almost weekly, sometimes mild, sometimes agitated.

the problem in the nose sounds like staph or mrsa also along with the rash but everything else doesn't fit
