skin infection and stomach ulcer

Good day, i have skin infection for years now, it started as a black spot on my hand then legs start cracking, have taken some drugs, the rash goes and come back again, recently i noticed that when i take anything bitter or anything that has too much peppe in it, the rash come out the more am filling hot inside the same on my skin, i feel pain on my chest and back any time anything that has gas in it what could be the cause and how can i treat it. We are not doctors on these forums but I am a microbiologist and can try to give you some advice.

I wonder if it is a food allergy? Did you ever have a doctor look at it and if so did they do a culture of it? Also does it itch? If you think the pain is related it could be food related I am not sure. When you say anything that has gas in it what do you mean gassy foods?  Some foods that cause gas like beans , cabbage etc. can cause gas that gives you pain in the chest and it can radiate to the back and feels really sharp. Does it feel like that? It may not be related to the other thing. I am more into infectious disease so I'm not sure if this is that. Have you seen a  Gastrointestinal doctor?  What kind of drugs helped this?
