i am 19 year old male.  I sometimes get a split second feeling of dizzyness, and it comes with what feels like a head rush sudden increased alertness or like an electric shock feeling in head . It lasts a second. sometimes i feel like i am very sick dizzy like feeling that goes away and comes again like for short periods its located more in head.  i feel vertigo like my head is slowly spining more when i close eyes. i experience balance problems too during the vertigo also from past week i am feeling little slurryness in speech more when i read from something rather than speaking also when i read silently i experience difficulty in reading like slurriness. i have headaches more on top of my head little bit to left they are on and off head aches and are very deep.once i felt pounding pulse not hard but soft pounding on left side while sitting which went away quickly. my right eye is twitching and blinking abnormaly from 2 days.  i had 2 cts one in july and another on 30 august and an mri on same day. i suffered from anxiety can ct cause something wrong to me or is it the effect of cts , can something develope in just 2 months from the cts  like a tumor or something? i went to doctor but he didnt bother too much gave me triptomer. i need help

I would see a neurologist as soon as you can. It may be a migraine and/or migraine variant. Did the CT show anything? No the CT can't give you a tumor in two months it would take years to develop something from too many Xrays including a CT. The risk is very low even over years. It looks for tumors and other structural abnormalities. They could do a electroencephalogram or EEG to look at the electrical part. If the CT was negative then you don't have  a tumor. So there is something else most likely neurological going on. Triptomer can be a antidepressant but it can also work on migraines but it doesn't work as well as triptans or Topamax and so forth. So the Triptomer probably just doesn't work for you that well. I have everything you have except the slurry speech and I have a migraine variant. But the slurry speech might be seizure related or some thing else. That is why you probably should get an EEG. Do you have the slurry speech all the time or just sometimes?  Hope you get a good neurologist maybe one that specializes in migraines/seizure.

So, was the original CT done of the neck? Have you had one of the brain? I'm just trying to figure out the order of things and what was done.

Since the CT was negative 2 months ago it is not likely. You didn't have any positive scan at that point right? Was the CT done of the neck? Other things can cause blood in the  phlegm. Have you had the CT of the throat or maybe an upper GI or gastroscopy of that area might tell you more of what is going on. You could have an ulcer or other problem that causes bleeding. An infection in the lungs can also do this. Allergies don't cause you to bleed so the homeopath was wrong. If it was a drop of blood say from blowing your nose too much or hard from sneezing a lot maybe but not  a lot of blood. Bloody noses can be from a lot of things too including high blood pressure and so try not to think of the worst.

If you had a tumor on the CT they would called you right away. We have been through this with my brother in law. Also, if the pain or slurred speech get debilitating you can always go to the ER if you can't get in to see a doctor. At least you can keep that in mind. It can still be a seizure. Some seizures don't give you the typical body shaking or grand mal type symptoms. So, that is why I'm saying it is possible.

Didn't they do a CT of the brain? Did it cover the whole head including the area you are having trouble with? If so they would have seen a tumor so I wouldn't worry about that. There are other things that can cause this kind of thing that are not tumor related.  You definitely need to get into a neurologist if you can. They are better at diagnosis. But you can start with the regular doctor if they can't get you in. But I would try really hard to see the specialist if you can. Have you seen the doctor for this problem yet and is that why they ordered the CT?  If so then the next thing they may do are some other neurological tests maybe EEG and nerve conductivity tests. Have you had any injuries to the head? But the left side of the head has the speech center if you are right handed.  Best to talk to your doctor about the CT and also getting more tests done.

Have you had the slurred speech only recently? Have you started or stopped a medication?  In any case it is neurological and you need to see a neurologist. There are a lot of reasons for this kind of thing to occur. So you need to get to the reason for it. I wonder if your medication is causing this? You should call your doctor. slurred speech is called Dysarthria and can be caused by a number of problems. Also, sedatives and narcotics can cause this. I clench too. I have a bite plate. You need to get one made for you. But that is not the cause of this. Do get to a neurologist as soon as possible.

ct and mri both were both normal nothing showed up slurry speech is usually when i read out something i can speak normally but when i have to speak anything little hard for the tongue i get surlry. yesterday evening i was feeling very sick really disturbing deep headache and feeling like i have fever when i didnt, and feeling very tired after i vomited i felt better is something seriously wrong with me. i dont think i get seizures but my cheeks from inside and my tongue are usually wounded by biting dentist says you have a habit of clenching but i dont think it causes this.
