low progesterone- anything natural I can take?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 3 years now with no luck. I was diagnosed with PCOS and have irregular periods. I took Metformin for about 6 months which caught my periods up a lot and now i get it at least once every two months. Does anyone have any suggestions??

I have low progesterone, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for natural creams that I can take and if they actually work.. thanks!
