Can't sleep

by silenceddx, Aug 04, 2009 01:22AM
I go days without sleeping and after a week of no sleep I will doze off for 30 minutes to an hour. After that I'm wide awake and can't go back to sleep. I have tried serveral things to help me. I bought a new bed, pillows, changed my daily habits, and I burn alot of energy everyday. Whats wrong with me?

You just may have insomnia or you may have anxiety or depression. Try the behavioral techniques outline in my blogs and on my website for a month. If you are still not sleeping, you should be evaluated by your doctor or a sleep clinic.
