Desperate need of a way out

I'm a 21/M who still lives at home. I have no car, no job, and no way out. Not to mention I haven't had a good nights sleep in 3 years. The situation is way more complicated than what I've posted and I just dunno what to do. I fear that if I don't figure something out soon, I may become suicidal because the thoughts are already there. I see it as my only way out. Please help...
