Numbness in arms and legs during sleep

by Denisepmccoy, Jul 27, 2009 02:00PM
I am having a hard time going to sleep at night because of a restless tingling in my legs. Every morning when I wake up both of my arms and my legs are numb-like they have fallen asleep. What could be causing this?

This symptom/problem is not insomnia, and this is an insomnia forum. Accordingly, you will need to ask your doctor about this.
