Unable to stay asleep

Hi Doctor,

I sleep at 10.30 pm at night and I wake up exactly after 4.30 hours and then I dont fall asleep again.This has affected my life enormously.I am suffering from this for the last 4 years.What is the problem  and I am facing lots of side effects.I am not takin g any sleep medicine.Please help me with a solution.
