hello,exactly a month I cant sleep well,for example if last night I can sleep most possible tonight I cant,is it an insomnia..thanks

If you are having trouble sleeping, it is called insomnia.

Thanks for your answer..is that a chronic insomnia for me for having trouble sleeping for a month long. How I am going to cope it. is it possible for insomnia to to be cure. I scared of this problem will remain intact on me.
