i cant sleep but im not tired

well i had surgury on my leg on friday of last week and the time after i would lay down in my bed close my eyes and not open them for a verry long time but i never fell asleep i would eventually fall asleap for a little while wake up close my eyes fall asleap so on then but for about since monday i cant sleep i would lay there and actually not fall asleap last night is the first night where i didnt even fall asleap 1 time i stayed awake the whole day and been awake still and im not even tired
im also taking vikadn like twice a day and i havent gone to the bathroom i belive im constpated and also if you can help me with this too i can go all day without gettign haungry my grandma would ask me are you haungry i would say no and then she finally says when u going to eat then i realised i havent eaten so i give in she gives me a plate of rice and i eat it and i got light headed umm can someone reply
