An allergic reaction???

I went to the egg retrieval process (13 eggs were retrieved)  three days ago and before I left the clinic the Dr. gave me three different injections one of Proluton Depot 250mg, the second one Gonapeptyl 0.1mg and third one of Depomedrol 40mg. after that around 40 minutes later I have to go back to the clinic because of an allergic reaction that made my mouth lips swollen and increased my heart beats no to forget that I am a Diabetes type 1 patient. What was wrong? Can any one explain to me?
