COULD I BE PREGNANT

by montalvomaria, Dec 18, 2008 12:08AM
I HAD USED DEPOPROVERA FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS AND I STOP USING IT, MY PERIOD CAME BACK NORMAL FOR THE FIRTS 2 MONTHS BUT IS BEEN 2 MONTHS THAT I DON'T HAVE A PERIOD AND I ALREADY MAKE ME 5 PREGNANCY TESTS (OVER THE CUONTER TETS) AND THEY CAME OUT NEGATIVE, BUT I WANT TO KNOW IF I'M PREGNANT OR IS A "NORMAL" OR COMUN SIDE EFFECT OF THE DEPO SHOT?

Yes, it could take some time for your periods to return to normal. However, it you had irregular period before Depo-Provera, then you may return to irregular periods after you stop. Also, if you have gained a lot of weight, you could have developed irregular periods.  I suggest seeing your doctor, if you continue to not get your periods because they can check some hormone tests.
