Information on Factor V Leiden Mutation

My daughter has Factor V Leiden mutation and also MTHFR, I have looked all over the internet and can only find information that has pages and pages of medical terms. I would just like information that I can understand and not have to go to the medical dictionary every other word to understand what is said.

Sorry to respond so late but I was trying to answer your question by doing research on how to explain it so patients can understand it and not need to go to a medical dictionary. As you can see by the searches on the internet, it is a difficult thing to do.  But I found a website that is very useful by an expert--Dr. Moll.
