MTHFR and MVP

I was recently diagnosed with MTHFR and have had multiple miscarriages. Also, just diagnosed with a Pineal tumor/cyst benign and MVP of the heart.  A Lot! My Concern is recently I have noticed that I am having palpitations of my heart, pain.. hands feet and lips have turned blue and difficulty breathing only after excercise mostly. I am an athlete and have ran all my life and do triathlons so this is all new to me. My question is really. . having MTHFR and MVP during pregnancy and 6 weeks after, how greater of a risk am I and what are those risks and what would I need to do? I am only 32 years old and no children. Thank you
