TTC & Sudafed

Hi! Could you please explain if taking Pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) by the husband coud have a negative impact when TTC? (He had sinus problems, stuffy nose and just a little fever).
Generally, can the health status of a man or certain medications (for cold) affect his semen or a potential fetus? Should the couple continue to TTC or postpone it?

Based on TERIS and REPROTOX there is no association with Sudafed and male fertility problems.
If a man has a fever, the increase body heat can have an adverse effect on the semen.
