What else can we do?

My husband and i have been trying to pregnant ofr the last 3 of our four years together. We recently found out that he dosen't produce sperm...Is that possible?:(         (We believe in GOD)
My question is how can you help/resolve this problem? What can we do to have our own baby without adopting or foster care? Is there anything else we can do?

Yes, it is possible that your husband does not produce sperm. You should see a specialist called a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist. They would do a work up on your husband and refer to a Urologist who specializes in male fertility to determine why your husband does not produce sperm. If they can find sperm in his testicles by biopsy, they can then take the sperm and perform intracytoplasmic sperm injection after you have had your eggs removed from your ovaries. This is called in vitro fertilization with ICSI. If there is no sperm produced because he has hormone problems, they can have him do hormone injections. At any rate, there are many different reasons for no sperm and many different approaches that can be done that a specialist can help you with.
