bedrest with ovarian cycts?

i have been told that i might have endonmetriosis and ovarian cycts how long should i be on bed rest i dont see the doctor for another week? what should i do?

You should not have bedrest. By doing bedrest, you can increase your risk of blood clots. But you should not have any vigorous excercise or jumping motions or legs above you head. Otherwise, you can do your normal activities.  If you have severe pain, you should see your doctor or emergency room as soon as possible. You should discuss all this with your own doctor.
