first icsi attempt

Dear Doc,

i had my first icsi attempt with 14 eggs, 10 mature eggs and 8 were fertilized. i had good qaulity embryos , 1 was a blastocyst and other 2 embryos were of 32 cell about to become a blasto. the doctors trasnfered 3 fresh embryos(1 blasto) on day 4 after the egg retrieval. on day 10 i tested postive on beta hcg with 20 level of hcg but on day 13 i tested negative for the test  and i was already spotting since day 9 of tranfer.so doctor gave me Duphaston 10mg tablet morning and evening and with cyclogest twice daily.

the doc said i miscarried due to abnormality maybe . my husband has an abnormal sister due to his parents cousing marriage.

i want to know the reason for my miscarriage so soon, was it due to climbing stairs etc however i was off work during 2 week wait. however i took all medicines on time and plz tell me when should i go for frozen embryo tansfer cause i bleeding after m/c this month. Should i wait for 2 months or go on after i get checked if the tissues have all gone from my body.i have 3 embryos left and what day should i transfer them too.

Climbing stairs would not cause a miscarriage
I suggest waiting 2 months from a miscarriage before trying to get pregnant again.
The most common cause for miscarriage is a chromosomal anomaly of the embryo.
I am sure that your IVF doctor has checked all the other factors that could potential cause a miscarriage such as a uterine structural problem.
Your IVF doctor will explain to you the appropriate timing of the embryo transfers after preparing you for it.
I still suggest waiting a least 2 months to recover before going ahead with the embryo transfer.
