high prolactin preventing to conceive

I had abortion in july 2008 because of rubella infection. Now i am trying to conceive but failed doc says it is high prolactin level value 29 ng/ml she gave me dopergin (Lisurade) so the level dropped to 0.05. I also took clomid this month and follicle size was 9mm on 12th day of my 32 day cycle.

she advised to increase the dose since the follicle size was 12mm without dopergin and clomid is dopergin creating some problem.

I have transparent discharge on pressing the breasts. Also my periods for past two month are just for 2 days. After abortion though they were 4-5 days for 6 months?

Plz suggest what to do. Did pituatory fossa x ray all normal

In my lab normal prolactin is  3  to 30 ng/mL .  The prolactin level should be checked fasting first thing in the morning, without any previous breast stimulation.  And so I am not sure that you need Dopergin. I would suggest repeating the level as I suggested.
I do agree that next cycle, you may need increase dose of Clomid since you did not seem to have responded.

I do not use Dopergin for hyperprolactinemia in patients who are interested in getting pregnant. I use Bromocriptine or if patients cannot tolerate that I use Cabergoline.

I suggest that you see a specialist called a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist.
