hormones

I had surgery for stage IV endo in June 2007.  July 2006 i was put on Marvelon21 to take daily with no placebos.  After my surgery i was on Lupron for 3 months but had to come off due to the side effects. I went right back on the marvelon as directed by my doctor but I am having some problems.

Very painful breast, stringy discharge, acne and I feel like I am ovulating.  Should I be on a different pill or is the side effects from the Lupron still?  I also started to have sex again and i felt a very sharp pain on the left hand side inside my vagina like it hit something.  I had many rectovaginal implants so could this have come back so soon?  I had pain with sex before but this pain is different.  I feel so lost and confused about all of this because i dont feel that the pill is working and its still growing and the only reason i stay on it is because of the pain of having even one period is too excruciating.

My hormones are off the wall this week as if I am PMS'ing i feel very aggitated and angry.  How can I fix this?

Any kind of information would be great.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Because of your symptoms on Marvelon 21, your doctor can try a different pill like Yasmin (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) which is great for reducing acne. Talk with you doctor about your symptoms.
