light periods/endometrial thickness?

light periods/endometrial thickness?

I am 29 and planning to fall pregnant in the next 18-24 months however have concerns about my fertility.  I have had both laser surgery and a cone biopsy as a result of abnormal pap smears however have had clear pap smears for the past 8 years.  I have very light periods which last less than a day and hardly any bleeding.  I've had an ultrasound to test endometrial thickness and it showed a thickness of 6mm, with right ovary volume of 6.2ml and left ovary of 3.3ml.  It was taken about day 12 in my cycle and also showed at the time a 1.8cm right ovarian follicle.
Blood tests take around day 21 show progresterone levels of 48 nmol/L
I don't know if any of this is normal or what this means in relation to my fertility?

I would not be so worried yet. People with your history often have no problems getting pregnant. It is only after trying for about 6 months to 1 year, that if you do not get pregnant, then the history you relate may have some baring and you can investigate it further.  However, I would not get stressed before the case because with fertility stress and anxiety can be a self-fulfilling prophecy.
