period pains

For the past 2 periods, I've felt like I'm pregnant i.e. nausea, tender breasts, back pain, adominal (abdominal) pain, and today I've felt awful- my period is coming to an end but I still have the above symtoms (symptoms) plus fatigue, feel dizzy, legs feel numb, got a fever. I don't take the pill so whats wrong with me??

The above symptoms except a fever can be part of premenstrual syndrom (syndrome). I don't know how high your fever is and if you checked with a thermometer. These symptoms can also be associated with endometriosis. I suggest that you see your gynecologist to go over your history and physical exam to determine what the problem is. I wish you well.
