slow responder to gonal f

My first IVF was cancelled due to slow respond in gonal f. I am not producing enough follicles inspite of 375 dosage of gonal f. I was on suprefact 21 days after my period followed by gonal f shots.

Is it possible that my follicles will still grow in the same cycle? is it possible that it was just delayed? Can I still be fertile on that same cycle? My last period was Nov 2 and up to now, I don't have my period yet?

I would be interested to know your age, your cycle day 3 FSH and E2 and your antral follicle count. It may be that you would need even higher doses of Gonal f and may need to have LH in the injections, in the form of Menopur.  I find in older patients that the addition of Menopur improves their cycle. However, in some women who are 40 or older with low antral follicle counts and increased FSH>10, no matter what protocol is chosen their ovaries do not respond.
