therapeutic abortion

i had a therapeutic abortion one week ago when i was 17 weeks pregnant because the baby has a multiple congenital anomalus.i don't have D&C procedure.i am fine and everything go fine but my breasts secrets milk.i took DOSTINEX which is prolactin inhibitor.i am afraid that the abortion may affect my fertility.i wish to get pregnant again so i don't take any contraceptives.i am waiting the blood to stop to have sex again.my questions are,,...is secreting milk a bad sign or indication to infertility or will it be stopped soon? when can i be pregnant again?

It depends. Did the milk come before you were pregnant. Then, yes the Dostinex is necessary and will help you become fertile.

when can i be pregnant again?
You discuss this with your doctor but in general you should wait at least until you have 2 normal cycles ie about 2 months.
