unexplained infertility

hi. i had a miscarriage after 2 months of my marriage. now we are trying to conceive since last 2 years but are unsuccessful. me and my husband have got all tests done. and all our reports are ok. the doctor has called us for iui in september, if i do not conceive by then. if all reports are ok what can be the reason for infertility. i am very upset and don't know what 2 do

I presume that you had cycle day 3 FSH, LH, Estradiol, TSH and Prolactin, an HSG to evaluate tubes, an ultrasound of your uterus and ovaries, and a semen analysis.
IUI alone for unexplained infertility is not the best option.
For unexplained infertility, most doctors suggest ovulation induction with a oral agent or injectables for the female and combine this with IUI. If this is not successful after 3-4 attempts then in vitro fertilization (IVF) is the next step for unexplained infertility.
If you are not seeing a specialist called a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist, I would suggest seeing one.
Alternatively, one can also try acupuncture and herbal medicine with a reputable acupuncturist who specializes in inferility.
