Hi,  you have a complex history so lets walk thru it step by step.  First, the question is did you actually have a urinary tract infection that was documented by a culture that was positive for bacteria?  If you did, then the blood in the urine (hematuria), and the frequency, urgency and sensitive bladder symptoms can all be caused by the infection.  If you did have a culture positive infection, were you treated with an antibiotic that would clear the infection.  Some bacteria are resistant to certain antibiotics.  If you did not have a culture positive infection, then you need a work up for unexplained blood in the urine. A bladder tumor can give you blood in the urine and irritative bladder symptoms.  The work up includes a Xray of your kidneys and a cystoscopy (a look into your bladder) to rule out a bladder tumor or other problem.  Finally, if there is no infection, bladder tumor or other structural problem, you could have Interstitial Cystitis causing your symptoms.  The other problems need to be ruled out first.  You may certainly need a referral to a Urologist to help sort these things out for you.
Good Luck.
