Attention everyone!

Hallo,
Im a 25 year old female and I had this bladder problem for 2 years. No bacteria in my urine, nothing. 4 months ago I had a hydrodistention done and Im still completely symptom free. But there's more. 5 months before the hydro and after being diagnosed with PFD, I was treated for PFD and immediately my symptoms diasappeared... I did the hydro because my doctor said I had IC, which he confirmed after the hydro, because my bladder was very irritated with glomerulations... Be careful everyone! Glomerulations are seen in healthy bladders as well during the hydro! Ive noticed that some doctors want to persuade patients that they have IC and dont take into consideration that Pelvic floor dysfunction may exist on its own! PFD has the exact symptoms of IC, except that the problem isnt triggered by food...Still, there is urgency, frequency, bladder pain, nocturia. I know I have just PFD, because my problem disappeared after I started doing PFD treatment (with no treatment whatsoever for IC). My problem was triggered only by sex. I dont think that IC symptoms disappear only by getting treatment for PFD and this is how I reached this conclusion...Right now Im completely symptom free, only sometimes when I dont relax during sex, afterwards I feel that my pelvic muscles are very tight and that my bladder hurts. But after i relax my pelvic floor with some exercises I learned, the symptoms disappear. Im considering having BOTOX done in the pelvic floor or some trigger point injections...Thank God I found a doctor who can help me with that..
The doctors werent able to help me at all, they treated me 2 years for overactive bladder! I did a lot of research and struggled completely ON MY OWN  to find what was wrong with me...(I even had suicidal thoughts...really.)
Im very angry, because still there isnt any way that doctors can clearly distinguish between PFD and IC... At least here in Greece, where I live, doctors dont have a clue about any of these 2...
