Can surgery help?

I have two cysts, one on each testicle, I assume from getting hit in the groin by a bat.  ! am 66 and would like to father a child--even if via in vitro fertalization.   Would surgery to remove the cysts improve my chances for ejaculation and fertalization?   Thanks
