Can this be a urinary tract infection?

I have lower back pain at base of spine and it radiates somewhat to the left and right of lower back and also have discomfort in area where my ovaries use to be plus a burning sensation on the outer opening of my vagina...What is going on? Oh by the way I void alot and I had a full hysterectomy years ago so no reproductive organs...also I was diagnosed with endrometriosis many years back as well.
