Frequent Urination and Maddning discomfort

I am a 39 year old relatively healthy. I do have acid reflux with small heital hernia. I am posting today as I seem to have an irritated bladder.  Its been going on for 2 weeks now. I had a bout of antibiotics and nothing.  It feels like I have to pee and there is not burning.  Its very uncomfortable and feels exactly like a bladder infection.  I was in the ER last night and all blood work was fine and negative in the urine even in the culture.  I also had a bladder scan that showed my bladder was emptying properly after urnination.  This is driving me crazy as its very uncomfortable.  I have gone from an active lifestyle to not being able to work.  I am not sure why the doctors are not in a rush to send me to a Urologist or a specialist.  I have seen 4 doctors inclusive of emerge.  The one thing they did find was a yeast infection.  I

This is so crazy- I have the same exact symptoms and I went to 3 doctors this week. One last Saturday at walk in clinic- took Cipro 4 days- no help actually yhe pain went away for two days and CAME BACK while I was still on Cipro- Next my PA put me on Levaquin 3 days, then went back after little relief to see the MD and I was told to go to the ER yesterday and get a huge dose of IV antibiotics. We did cbc, Urinalysis even a ct scan to check for stones- all negative- no infection whatsoever......

I ve  been crazy with discomfort- it feels as if there is a Qtip UP my urethra and a melon in my bladder pushing downwards,,,they asked me how bad the pain was- well it's not like Im being crucified or anything- I give that a 10 - so I said a "5" on the pain scale.
That nutty doc refused to give me IV antibiotics even though my GP called him and told him to......and sent me home with a pain shot that "will last 4 hours" for my back pain--- he wasnt even listening to me- my back pain is worse in the AM and PM- I have pain in my BLADDER. Ive had sciatica for 17 years- I can deal with back pain. Told me to go ahead and see a urologist if I wanted to but there is nothing wrong-MAYBE a prolapsed bladder.....

So the only thing today that has helped even for a few minutes:
Heating pad
Husband went and bought me cornsilk tea from the health food store
Hot bath
Azo Standard

I have had yeast infections that feel exactly like UTI's - did they treat you with Diflucan or topical cream?
