Is there any treatment for ED caused by testicular atrophy?

I had mumps orchitis and after recovering from mumps my testicles shrunk to 1/2 of size. Now my semen is lower, also sexual drive, and I have problem to get/maintain erection. Is there any hope to return my sexual drive and erectyle function

Hi

I have exactly same situation than you and I am 25-year-old male. Just that I didnt know it was orchitis since the doctors said I was fine regarding to testicle size examination and ultrasound test. Thet said it's all in my head since I was also having depression at the moment. I have maybe 1/4 atrophy on the right and 1/2 atrophy on the left testicle.

My total testosterone levels came at 8.9nmol/dL which is at the levels of sick 90-year-old man. My level's were also measured before orchidis and it was 16.4nmol/dL which was normal though a bit low for my age.

I went 2 weeks ago to specialist and  he put me on HCG-test period (3months) to see if I can regain some size and testicle function. If not our only options seems to be TRT which is quite tough solution for us young men.

I would like to hear how is your condition improving.
