QUERCETIN COMPLES FOR I.C

Hi there, i am one of those cases who has all the symptoms of I.C. However being a guy the diagnosis is problematic. i have done all the tests including a biopsy. Have tried all types of conventional medicines and am now trying natural remedies as after two years, nothing seems to work.
in two separate forums folks have come up with two products. one is called "silver biotics' and the other is called QUERCETIN.
The question is am i wasting my money on these products or is it just a question of trial and error?

any advice you can give me will be very much appreciated

I do not have IC, but I have used quercetin for inflammation in other areas; shoulder, sinuses,etc. It does work for me, though I have to take about 6 to 8 capsules daily for the best results. It's actually a combination of quercetin  and bromelain enzyme. They work synergistically better together, than seperately. It's relatively inexpensive, but I have no idea if it would work for you.
I would go ahead and try it if you are in pain. (And not allergic to pineapple. Bromelain is from pineapple.)

heard some bad things about Bromelain. (side-effects)
the forum that recommended  quercetin metioned use of both.
questions. How quickly can i get a result just from the quercetin?
should i also buy Bromelain and take them together ?

  I personally did not notice a difference the first two days I tried Q and B. I doubled the amount I was taking up to 6 capsules, and then had a significant reduction in pain and inflammation. Now, I do well with 4 capsules, when I need them.
I think how effective they are is a very individual thing.
Don't expect immediate results. They're completely safe, so give 'em a try if you're interested. :)
