Spots of skin in penis head

I am 15 and since i remember i have 4 spots of skin in my penis head. I am circumcised and i have no problem with my foreskin  but i dont know what are those spots in my penis head they dont hurt, or itch, please let me know if you know what it is.

Well, without a detailed description and physical examination, it would be difficult to say what the spots are. Possibilities that may need to be considered include cysts, warts, fordyce spots, melanoma, angiokeratoma etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
