Does anyone have any comments about different dietary supplements for IC? The ichelp website lists several Dietary Supplements(http://www.ichelp.org/Page.aspx?pid=635), and of course the company that makes each ones says it's the best you can use. Does anyone have any experience with any of of these, and do they actually help any?
Desert Harvest makes an aloe vera supplement, and there are a few other types out there, some touting clinical studies, etc.
