Urology

I am a 27 year old boy.i have very swear testicle pain .My life has become very difficult due to this.I have got Seman Culture,Urine culture and ultrasound done for lower abdomen and testicles but every thing seems to be ok.When i wake in the morning by back is paining then after the first urine passed the pain moves to the testicles .. mostly left side testicles.Recently i have tried Alfoo  and Alfatem 0.4 mg medicines but these have not given me any relief.I am also passionate about body building.I am very confused about to whom can i contact as i have been to urologist many times but i am not getting any relief.Please help me i am very depressed due to this .

have your lower back checked for herniated discs only an mri will show this,i have been experiencing testicular pain erectyle dysfunction and urinary urgency due to mine saw dozens of specialist including urologist which where no help if mri shws herniated discs a test called a discogram will reproduce pain if it is caused by discs
