cystitis

I have had frequent cystitis the past couple of years around two had unltasound done on bladder it was not emptying fully so was put on antibiotics and since still lower back pain, pelvic pain, frequent urination, pain during intercourse feels like I have to go to the bathroom bad so he pulls out. This is seriously affecting daily life and my sex life which ***** so I heave been reading up on ic and thinking maybe this is what it is. No infection was detected in my urine last sat. so still no answers what to do?
