pilonidal cyst ?? please help me

i think i have a pilonidal cyst, its right at the cleft of my butt cheeks, like the end of my tail bone, and the past week it has gotten bigger and more painful....i have got them before but they would always go away, this one is going on a week and i think its the biggest one yet.....im starting to freak out... i dont want to go to the doctor to get it drained cause its goign to hurt then im not going to be able to sit for a day or 2.... i have been putting iodine and hot compresses since yesterday im going to try that for a few days, and see what happens by monday( when doctors open again)....any suggestions?...anyone ever had one??
