AMS and prinzmetals

I am planing on going to a mission trip later this year, it will be in the mountains near Rurrenabaque, Bolivia for 1 year, and will be flying into La Paz Bolivia. I am concerned about AMS  because I have prinzmetals angina. Could there be a health risk? And if so, is there any thing I can do help pervent problems? Thank you.

I know of no association of coronary spasm with high altitude illness.  Gradual acclimatization may help prevent high altitude illness.
