Am I having angina?

Am I having angina?

I am a 55 yr. old female, 140 lbs.  Had a mild MI one year ago and now have four stents.  My BP and cholesterol (both good and bad) are all excellent.  I take toprol xl, quinapril, plavix, 325 mg aspirin and lipitor.  I'm exercising as much as possible with the aches and pains I have from hip bursitis.  I don't seem to have any chest pain unless I get upset about something or stressed out but not with exercise.  I ride my stationary bike, walk briskly and have no chest discomfort and never have shortness of breath.  I've been to my cardiologist and had a nuclear stress test and everything checked out good in July.  My doctor thinks the chest discomfort is anxiety, not my heart.  But I never had chest discomfort with anxiety until I had the heart attack.  I don't know what to do about it, if anything.  I feel like I shouldn't keep bugging my doctor about this but i also don't want to minimize this.  I've been back to him twice and to the ER once with chest pain since my heart attack and they just send me home.

I think you should have a stress test either a stress nuclear or a stress echo.  If these are equivocal you may need another heart cath.
