A 76 yr. old male with heart disease for 40 yrs. Had 2 operations for bypasses.(7total). Have 3-4 stents- Had TMR operation.  Have had about all the tests there is I think. Still have angina very easily.  Is it possible to have the 3rd bypass operation and how safe would it be?

Without knowing your anatomy it is hard to advise you on this.  However each time you have heart surgery the risk increases and you may be wise to try medical therapy to make sure it is maximized before considering any more surgery.
