Difference between Cardiomegaly and Cardiomyopathy?

Is their a difference between Cardiomegaly and Hypertrophic Caridomyopathy?  Are Cardiomegaly and Cardiomyopathy interchangable terms?

Thank You

Technically, cardiomegaly means "enlarged heart", whereas "cardiomyopathy" means a disease of the heart muscle. So they are not used interchangeably. Someone with cardiomegaly could have a cardiomyopathy but not necessarily.
