What does thickening around the heart mean?
I"m a little worried about this. My ekg and my echo was good but my stress test

Thickening around the heart is very non specific, but it could mean thickening of the outer covering of yor heart called the pericardium. It is a rare condition and if your ekg and echo are completely normal chances of significant problems from such a condition are low. The CT scan will help in finding out if you have any abnormal thickening of your pericardium.
