Is my heart really ok?

My heart pauses during a B.M, climbing stairs, lifting weights or heavy objects, walking briskly than sitting down, or sometimes just sitting and taking in a deep breath, it'll pause, sometimes the pausing will turn into an erratic rhythm, beating and pausing, like a beat beat pause, it's very scary, the worse is when I'm just sitting and all of a sudden I get this strangling like feeling, like I'm being choked, I can't breath because it's like I'm not getting any oxygen, if I stand sometimes my heart will pound and I'll get this pressurized like feeling in my airway, if my boyfriend hugs me and I lean up to hug back and if my neck gets touched in a certain way, I feel like I'm going to pass out, being anxious also makes my heart pause when I breath in deep, whats scary is how EVERY deep breath will sometimes cause a pause, and pause sometimes lasts what feels like a lifetime, like it's NOT going to start back in a normal sinus rhythm, I've been to see 2 cardiologists,1 who has only witnessed PVC's and PAC's, says my heart is ok, he has given me an echo, and I've a holtor but none of the above listed have occured,2nd doc did an echo and a stress test(2 weeks ago) didn't give me a holtor because he said my last holtor a month ago was fine, he also dismissed me and said I was ok, said my heart was structurally normal, how accurate are these tests and do I "sound" fine to you?

You should be checked for carotid sinus hypersensitivity which the doctor can do while monitoring your ECG.  The fact that touching your neck can cause you to feel bad could suggest this diagnosis.
