I know this has been discussed before, but I don't understand LBBB. This showed up on my last physical. I have been short of breath and have crushing pain in my chest sometimes. I am in my early 60's. Sometimes I read that this can be pre-heart attack, sometimes I read it's nothing I have had a stress test which they said was normal. What am I to think-am I sick or not?

LBBB is an abnormal finding and is frequently a marker of heart disease.  It can occur with hypertensive heart disease, valvular heart disease or with coronary artery disease.  I would see a cardiologist.
