hi,

I wanted to ask you few Questions?

I am 34 years old (male) and i am always careful regarding hight cholesterol issue.

1- So i have been using (omega 3-6-9) Tabs (Made by only real oil and nothing fake in it) for almost one and half year daily One Tab with dinner.

2- Also i am daily using psyllium fibre (Psyllium Husk) with water. I dip it in water night before and drink it before taking breakfast, and take 2 Garlic pills (real garlic pills)  with it everyday.

NOW MY EXACT QUESTIONS ARE >>> Could you please tell me is this fine the way i am using this all "STUFF" to lower my cholesterol ??

AND OTHER QUESTION IS >>>> What is the benefit of Omega 3, Omega 6 and omega 9, can u tell me individually ? Do these all Omega 3,6, and 9 help for lowering cholesterol?

Thanks

The omega fish oils can help your lipid profile --mainly triglycerides and they may have other beneficial cardiac effects.  However, do you have abnormal lipids??  The type of abnormality will determine how it should be treated and maybe fish oil is not the right treatment.
