Hello
I am a 40 year old woman. I had a full hystorectomy more than 10 years ago.
A year ago had blood clots in my lungs
Pancreitis recently
And colon polyps removed recently
I use a cpap and oxygen at night

UGH !
So I've had several tests including EKG and chest xrays which came back showing the blood clots but no heart issues.
The last couple of months I have been experiencing extreme pain in the back of my head at the base of the skull on the left side. This causes extreme neck stiffness where I cannot move my head and severe headaches.
My doctor thinks its skeletal and prescribed flexeril and a non necartic pain medication.
This helps somewhat but I still get the sever pain at least once a week where the meds do not help.
Recently I have also been experiencing flu like achiness in my upper arms. This will happen every day around 11am and will last about 15-30 minutes and then goes away.
Could all of these indicate some sort of heart condition?

It sounds very unlikely that the symptoms are cardiac related.  The symptoms sound musculosketal and could be due to a pinched nerve in the neck.  Talk with your doctor about further testing to define the problem.
