PFO with shunt

My son is 40 days old and he got problem in breathing just after a few days of his birth. now the problem got severe. we consulted doctor and he advised to get echocardiogram of the child. I am sending you the findings of echocardiography. kindly suggest the suitable treatment method and give the best doctors' names in this field. Doctors here are suggesting surgery.please give your opinion.

Normal LV size and function
Normal Mitral and aortic valves
Enlarged RV
Norma pulmonic and tricuspid valves
PFO seen
COLOR FLOW:
Right to left shunt at PFO
P/W DOPPLER:
Estimated RV/MPA pressure 60/16mm/Hg
CONCLUSION:
Enlarged right ventricle with moderate pulmonary artery hypertension.
PFO with right to left shunt.
C/w Total annomalous pulmonary venous drainage into SVC.

Clearly your son has a congenital defect and he should go to a center that has a large experience with congenital heart disease and it is very , very likely he needs surgery.
