ST Depression & SVT's

I'm a 65yr Male that swims 2 mi. x3 /week.
Holter resulted in V events=13 (24hr), 8 SVT's w/15 couplets. Max 164bpm, min 52.
ST segments (H)=75 min w/ 3.2mm max (cutting grass 30 min.), 1.5 to 2.5mm with walking
& sex. A cath 1 yr ago showed large normal arteries with no obstructions. How can this be
with the ST Segments on Holter? I'm told not to worry but I'm out of breath often and worry
about an MI when swimming. I'm on Altace,Lyrica,Proscar,Lipitor. Thanks!! I'm scared.

If your arteries are normal on cath, the ST segment changes may be "false positive". If you are short of breath you may ask your doctor if an echocardiogram is indicated.
