Sinoatrial Block second degree type one - ventricular extrasystoles, transitorial myocardial ischemia

Hi,
I was hopeing someone could shed some light on my current health situation.
Bascially, I have severe POTS, and many symptoms include problems with the heart. I had to do some tests since I was feeling really sick, and the heart center I went to found that I have a Sinoatrial Block second degree type one with 23 missing heart beats, ventricular extrasystoles (31), and transitorial myocardial ischemia. I am currently in Italy and my doctors here told me that I am not able to fly due to my current health status. I want to know how serious these heart problems are because if they are serious then I am going to go against the doctor's orders and fly home to get treated. I was also told the my LEMBO ANTERIORE MITRALE is too long (I think this means that a part of my mitral valve is too long).
I am just really concerned about these heart problems because I did the same tests 3 years ago and had absolutely no problem....so these are all new.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I think you should take the recommendation of your physician. I would really need to see your electrocardiogram to comment further; I don't know what LEMBO ANTERIORE MITRALE is....it sounds like you need a translation.I'm sorry, I simply cannot comment on  an unclear diagnosis.

Could I send you my holter results?
I found out what the LEMBO ANTERIORE MITRALE is...it's the anterior wall of the mitral valve.
I am very scared now because my mom, who is a research nurse, talked with a cardiologist and showed him my holter results. He said that I am at risk for sudden cardiac death. Obviously this is not a comforting feeling, especially since I am in Italy where they have socialized medicine. I am hoping that he is wrong...However, I do not have a cardiologist in Italy and if I wanted to see one it would take me at least 2-3 months before I could get an appt. If there is a way for me to send you my results I would really appreciate a second opinion...
Thanks,
Jen
