Valve regurge vs muscle weakness

Valve regurge vs muscle weakness

I'm a 24 female with a history of Cushings' syndrome. I never presented heart symptoms prior to my cure of Cushings. Luckily I didn't have high blood pressure or obesity associated with Cushings. After my successful surgery however, I started presenting a series of what looked like panic attacks when, with no warning, my heart went into arrythmia mode (160bpm). This happened 4 times. For a few months I had trouble keeping my heart rate below 100bpm at rest. As of today 5, 6 months after these events, they have subsided. My doctors haven't placed a reason for those events and labeled it some type of withdrawal because I was taking steroids at the time. I have had abnormal EKG's. The report said there was some sort of abnormal motion with the left side of my heart producing symptoms such as a "rolling/pressure" effect in my chest. Those symptoms as well as my heart rate have subsided. What has not subsided are the occasional palpitations when standing or doing some activities. I get a bulging on my left side of my neck, sometimes leaving me with somewhat shallow breathing. An echo reported that I have mild mitral and trace tricuspid regurgitation with no prolapse. If it is so mild, I shouldn't be getting symptoms, right? I have a lot of deep muscle weakness, including some visible wasting especially on the left side of my chest/trunk were the adrenal was removed. Left side is my weakest side and you can visibly see the heart beating pronounced above my left breast although it doesn't feel as if were palpitating. This weakness includes the left side of my neck that bulges a lot, almost like a full feeling. Are these symptoms of regurge or can the heart sensations be because of my muscle weakness? Current EKG's/24Hr Holter are normal.

Forgot to mention that blood work is good too in relation to potassium/sodium/magnesium...other electrolytes. The only thing abnormal is my Vit. D which is a little below normal.
